We are honored to welcome Pamela Evette, the 93rd Lieutenant Governor of South Carolina and the first female Republican to hold the office in our state’s history. A self-made entrepreneur, she founded Quality Business Solutions and grew it from a small start-up into a nationally recognized payroll and HR services firm headquartered in the Upstate.

As Lieutenant Governor, Pamela has been a strong advocate for South Carolina’s small business community, working to strengthen our state’s business climate, support local nonprofits, and promote public-private partnerships that enrich our communities. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to ensuring that South Carolina remains an exceptional place to build a business and raise a family.

The granddaughter of Polish immigrants and a longtime resident of Travelers Rest, Pamela’s story is rooted in faith, family, and service. She brings a unique blend of business acumen, public-sector experience, and personal conviction to her work on behalf of the people of South Carolina.
